Evans High Students Receive Training in Medical Technology

In September 2010, Evans students participated in the Regional Nursing Career Pathway Initiative sponsored by the Department of Labor.

Through hands-on activities and simulation, students gained access to the health field in new and exciting ways.  The program included 4 in-classroom sessions and the opportunity to interact with SimMan, an innovative medical technology that allows students the opportunity to practice real medical scenarios on this incredible piece of equipment.

Evans High School students also paid tribute to the Orlando Science Center for the program.
