A property owned and managed by Eustis Housing Authority, which had become the center of an illegal narcotics operation, was raided by a SWAT team, police said.
Located at 1507 Bates Avenue in Eustis, the property was raided by a Eustis SWAT team and a number of arrests were made.
Investigators said, firearms, ammunition, cannabis, materials used in the sale of narcotics and stolen electronics were found in the home.
Keyonia Randall, 30, was arrested on two counts of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, 2 counts of possession of ammo. by a convicted felon, and possession of marijuana with intent to distribute within 1000 feet of a church, investigators said. He is being held on $50,000 bond.
22-year-old David Quashie and 18-year-old Daniel Hill, were also arrested. Quashie was charged with possession of less than 20 grams of marijuana and dealing in stolen property. He was booked on a $5,500 bond.
Meanwhile, Hill faces marijuana possession charges with the intent to distribute within 1,000 feet of a church. His bond was set at $10,000.
All three – Randall, Quashie and Hill – were booked into the Lake County Jail.
