District 2 City Commissioner Tony Ortiz, Orlando Magic Ambassadors Bo Outlaw and Nick Anderson cut the ribbon to officially open the new Engelwood Neighborhood Center Gymnasium on Wednesday.
At the event, Coca-Cola presented the Orlando Community and Youth Trust, Inc (OCYT) with a $10,000 check to assist in the renovation of the Engelwood playground. OCYT is a non-profit organization that supports the mission of the City of Orlando Department of Families, Parks and Recreation by engaging philanthropic and grant support to enhance our community.
The Englewood Neighborhood Center Gymnasium is located at 6123 LaCosta Drive, Orlando, FL 32807.
