During the Orlando Magic game on Friday, January 21st, ELEVATE Orlando received a check for $60,000 from the DeVos Family Foundation. The nonprofit provides accredited classes, one-on-one mentoring, hands-on adventure activities, and college and career planning support for urban youth in Orange County Public Schools.

ELEVATE is one of five organizations to receive funding recently as part of the DeVos Family’s “30 Grants for 30 Years” initiative, an effort to contribute a total of $3 million to 30 nonprofits over the next 18 months.
