Ecuadorian officials in Miami are resurrecting allegations that condemned murderer Nelson Serrano was unlawfully deported from their country in 2002 to stand trial on four counts of first-degree murder in Bartow.
Serrano, 70, was convicted of those charges and was sentenced to death for the worst mass murder recorded in Polk County history, but officials from his homeland are demanding his return.
