Drug Bust in Orlando’s Parramore Neighborhood

There was a drug bust in Orlando’s Parramore neighborhood after a month-long investigation that resulted in two arrests.

The Orlando Police Department announced that thanks to proactive policing by the Parramore Bike Unit, officers launched the investigation into suspected drug activity at a residence in Parramore.

With support from SWAT and the Drug Enforcement Division, OPD officers executed a search warrant and seized 307 grams of cannabis, 15 grams of cocaine, two firearms, and $898.

Tabias Jackson was arrested and charged with Possession of Cocaine with Intent to Sell/Deliver and Possession of Cocaine. Kjuan Brown was arrested for resisting an officer without violence.

Additional charges and arrests may be pending, according to local law enforcement.

OPD also said this case clearly demonstrates the importance of proactive policing in Orlando. Police say it is vital to building safer, stronger communities by focusing on prevention, early intervention, and addressing potential issues before they escalate into more serious crimes.
