Troopers have identified the two drivers killed in a wrong-way head-on crash on State Road 50 on Friday night.
The deceased are 75-year-old Clayton McCoy of Winter Park and Brian Lazaro, 19, of Lake Mary.
McCoy was traveling westbound on State Road 50 in the eastbound lane when he crashed head-on into Lazaro who was heading eastbound, just west of State Road 520.
It is unclear why McCoy was going in the wrong direction, troopers said.
McCoy and Lazaro were airlifted to Orlando Regional Medical Center where they were pronounced dead.
The crash happened just before 9:00 p.m. and remains under investigation.
