Despite playing with an abridged roster for Tuesday night’s District Semifinal, Dr. Phillips Women’s Basketball utilized its available set of weaponry in a 72-18 thrashing of Cypress Creek. Junior forward Matea Britvar registered 15 points and eight rebounds and freshman Kyla Allison finished with 14 points, a career-high eight steals and six rebounds. Senior center Stephanie Ratliff added eight points and eight rebounds as DP (23-3) increased its streak to 62 consecutive victories over Florida teams. The Panthers will take on host Boone in the District Championship game Friday night at 7:00 pm.
