Michelle Maki registered eight kills, ten digs and five blocks as Women’s Volleyball soundly defeated host Edgewater, 25-15, 25-15, 25-11 last night to improve to 14-6 on the season. Carolina Diegues had 19 assists, eight digs and three acres, Hannah Schaible finished with eight kills and 13 digs and Rachel Sawyer tallied nine kills and ten digs.  The Panthers are now a perfect 6-0 in Metro West Conference play, setting up a showdown with undefeated Apopka at home Monday night for the conference championship!  JV Volleyball picked up their 10th victory of the season last night, defeating host Edgewater in straight sets, 25-21, 25-16. Claire Maher finished with ten assists and four aces, Larkin Frost picked up five service aces, Danielle Villegas registered three kills and four aces and Rebekah Boggs tallied four kills and a pair of blocks.

Stormy weather postponed both the JV and Freshmen Football games last night but they will resume their games at Boone Monday night at 6:00 pm. Freshmen saw about a half a quarter of action before the deluge started so they’ll pick up where they left off.
