Two men are dead and another injured in a shooting that took place on Silver Star Road in the Pine Hills area.
On Sunday, December 20th, around 4:08 pm, a patrol officer was flagged down in front of the Willow Bend Apartments on Silver Star Road by an individual who advised that a shooting had occurred inside an apartment. Subsequently, Orlando Police detectives located a scene inside an apartment where they found two male victims dead. Another male victim was taken to ORMC and is in stable condition.
Witnesses advised that a Lynx Bus traveling on Silver Star Road in the vicinity of Willow Bend Apartments was struck by a bullet during the incident. There was a glass related injury on the bus.
The suspect is described as a black male wearing a dark hooded sweat shirt, who was last seen running southbound from the scene.
