A Disney worker remains in jail, charged with several county possession of child pornography and soliciting an adult to produce images of child pornography.
Charles Steven Proctor, 56, an electrician at Disney World, was taken into custody on Monday, after the Florida Department of Law Enforcement executed a search warrant on his home on Geigel Avenue in Orlando. There, agents found numerous images of child pornography.
FDLE was tipped off that Proctor was emailing a child rapist in Spokane, Washington, encouraging him to molest children. In Proctor’s home, investigators found pornographic images of boys and girls.
According to news reports, Proctor was believed to have emailed a grandmother asking her to take nude images of a 3-year-old boy.
Proctor has been charged with 10 counts of possession of child pornography and three counts of soliciting an adult to produce images of child pornography.
Proctor is being held at the Orange County Jail without bond.
