Disney offered a peek on Thursday, into their latest interactive queue, the Big Thunder Mountain Railroad at Magic Kingdom Park, expected to become operational in a few weeks. A video of what guests can expect was released on Thursday.
The new interactive queue for Big Thunder Mountain Railroad will feature the Explosives Magazine Room, allow guests to explore the mountain’s Mining Office, look down into a mine shaft and observe what miners are doing and maybe even undertake some of the miners’ activities, according to Disney Parks Blog.
Over the past few years, Disney has been adding enhanced queues to their attractions at the park, allowing guests to immerse themselves in the story of an attraction while they wait to board.  Already, enhanced interactive queues have been added to The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh, the Haunted Mansion and Dumbo the Flying Elephant in Storybook Circus.
