Orange County Sheriff’s deputies are searching for a second suspect believed to have burglarized an Orlando residence and who may be barricaded inside another residence.
Deputies said, a 911 caller reported a possibly burglary just after 10:30 am, at 7800 Chatterley Court, providing a clear description of the suspect’s vehicle, along with the tag number.
Patrol units who responded to the residents were able to confirm the burglary.
Meanwhile, an Orange County helicopter in the area of Nob Hill and Sonoma Valley Circle spotted the vehicle enter the Pine Shadows Condominiums at 4388 South White Pine Avenue.
Ground units were able to confirm the vehicle and with the assistance of Orlando Police Department officers, a perimeter was established.
Deputies said, after several verbal commands, one of the suspects exited the apartment, several hours later. The name of the suspect has not been released.
Deputies believe that, another suspect is barricaded inside the residence at the Pine Shadows Condominiums.
The Orange County Sheriff’s Office SWAT team was also at the scene.
