Deputies search for hands-free video voyeur motorcyclist (Video)

Deputies are searching for a man who, while walking around in a Target Store, attempted to record images under the skirts of at least two women.

The incident happened in the Target located at 325 N. Alafaya Trail in Orange County on October 2, just before 7:00 pm.

The man could be seen on surveillance video tucking part of a his cell phone under a large bag of dog food at the bottom of his shopping cart.  He keeps glancing down to make sure the cell phone is well-positioned and stoops again to reposition the phone.  The man then closely follows a woman wearing a dress, trying to record images under her skirt.

The man was seen attempting to record images under the skirt of at least one other female in the store.

Deputies would like to know who this hand-free video voyeur is and who left the Target on his motorcycle wearing a distinctive face mask.
