Deputies are investigating a domestic incident in which a woman was stabbed and battered at a Walgreens store on Tuesday night.
Investigators responded to the Walgreens pharmacy at 3000 north Alafaya Trail, just after 10:00 pm, in reference to an aggravated battery with a deadly weapon.
A female victim was found in the rear of the store on the floor bleeding.
Deputies said, the store manager was assisting the victim who had been battered and stabbed.
Orange County Fire rescue was dispatched to the scene and treated the victim’s injuries. The victim was transported to a local area hospital where her injuries have been determined to be non life-threatening.
Deputies said the suspect has been identified and is at large. It is believed that this incident is related to a domestic dispute.
The investigation is ongoing.
