Orange County deputies are continuing their search for a man who shot and killed his estranged girlfriend on Saturday afternoon.
Deputies said the woman was found in the middle of the road, in the 6700 block of Rubens Court in the Carolina Estates Subdivision. She had been shot several times.
The shooting happened in front of the couple’s two children, who were unharmed, deputies said.
Investigators have not released the name of the woman who was murdered or the name of the suspect.
The suspect remains at-large.
Anyone with information, no matter how minor, can be provided to the OCSO or Crimeline regarding the location of the subject responsible for this homicide.
