Investigators said, on June 13, the black males, wearing black pants, black shirts and various cloths covering their faces, entered the business around 1:30 am, and pointed handguns and a shot gun at the employees.  The suspects wore gloves during the armed robbery and aggravated assault of the workers.

The victims told investigators they were ordered to get on the ground and not to move.  A janitor working in the business told detectives he was dragged from one of the bathrooms where he was trying to hide and ordered to lie on the floor.  Some witnesses in the store, gave detectives a similar account of events of the armed robbery.

The suspects sold cash from the register, investigators said. Another employee was ordered to give up his wallet.

The suspects fled the scene in a blue four-door vehicle which investigators said was stolen from the store during the robbery.  The vehicle taken was a blue Ford Focus bearing FLA plate 993XSB.

Anyone with information on this crime is asked to call Crimeline at # 1-800-423-TIPS.  Callers may remain anonymous and be eligible for a reward up to $1,000.
