Hillsborough County Sheriff’s officers arrested a man and charged him with possession and trafficking in marijuana on Thursday.

Investigators went to the home of David Wilson, 30, of Gibsonton, where they found an active marijuana grow house containing 239 marijuana plants, weighing 33.5 pounds, an artificial lighting system, dehumidifiers and a separate location within the residence that was growing hybrid strands of marijuana.

Deputies said Wilson also had 13.7 grams of marijuana on his person that was intended for sale.
