Orange County deputies believe they found the man who pulled the trigger killing 21-year-old Frank M. Perry, last Tuesday.
23-year-old Joshua D. Cox is accused of murdering Perry, who was found dead in a parked vehicle in the Arbour Apartments parking lot on MacKay Boulevard, near UCF.
Cox was arrested on Tuesday, January 31, without incident.
It it is not clear what led to the shooting, but deputies say, Cox does not have a criminal history.
