Like a modern day Bonnie & Clyde, Julian Betancourt and her boyfriend Jeffrey Santiago committed robbery and abduction by knifepoint, aiming to make off with their victim’s money via ATM, until the police finally arrested them Wednesday.
On May 6, the St. Petersburg Police Department sent out an alert seeking to identify a female whose picture was captured by an ATM security camera. Investigators say, the woman, later identified at Betancourt was using the ATM card of the victim, WTSP.com reports.
