A Windermere man who was arrested on Tuesday night and charged with five counts of sexually molesting a minor, was on Thursday slapped with two more counts when another victim stepped forward, Orange County Sheriff’s deputies said.
39-year-old Edward Ringheim, known for his volunteer work with church groups and a Universal Studios employee, is accused of molesting a 12-year-old boy, at least on four occasions, more than three years ago.
Deputies investigating the case found, Ringheim was known to the family of the victim, now 15-years-old. The victim described four instances to investigators when he had been molested, which he said began in the spring of 2008 and continued through spring of the following year.
Ringheim was booked into the Orange County Jail around 9:30 p.m. on Tuesday night.
Today, deputies added two more charges of lewd and lascivious molestation, following a second investigation, after another boy and his family came forward.
Deputies are concerned there may be other victims, as Ringheim has had a long association with several churches’ youth programs.

Ringheim who posted $5,600 in bail yesterday remains in jail as he is yet to post bond totaling $10,000, with the two new charges included.
A statement from the jail said, Ringheim is now on psychological observation, a custody status where he is receiving more attention from mental health staffers than other inmates.
