Police are looking for a man who forced his estranged wife out of her apartment into the nearby woods late Friday night.
The incident happened at the Waterstone Apartments in the 5200 block on Long Road just before 12:00 mid-night.
Witnesses told police they heard Wanda Hollis, 26, screaming for help and saw her estranged husband 29-year-old Willie Hollis, Sr., force her out of the apartment though a back window into the woods nearby.
An extensive search with a K-9 in the area failed to locate Wanda. But police say, she was found safe several hours later and has returned home.
Meanwhile, the search is on for Willie Hollis who had an active warrant for aggravated stalking. According to news reports, Wanda feared for her safety and recently changed the locks on her apartment.
Authorities believe Willie is driving a white Ford Expedition with a gray bumper. He is described as 5’9″ tall and weighs about 200 pounds.
