A man who Orlando police say robbed a SunTrust bank on South Orange Avenue, on Tuesday is now in custody.
Officer Derwin Bradley was inside the Orlando Police Department on the first floor in his office when he heard the bank robbery call go out around 1:15 p.m. police said.
Looking out from his window, Bradley saw the suspect hide from a police car and then take off running. He was able to relay this information to other officers and the suspect, Johnathan L. Graves, 36, was arrested.
Police say, Graves entered the SunTrust Bank at 200 South Orange Avenue, passed a note to one of the tellers and then fled the bank.
No one was injured in the robbery, police say.
Graves has been charged with commercial robbery.
