Four people have been arrested in connection with a shooting incident that left one person dead and two others in critical conditions.
32-year-old Elizabeth Feliciano, 21-year-old Roberto F. Rivera Vazquez, 22-year-old Robert Rivera Vazquez and 21-year-old Miguel Vargas were arrested and booked into the Orange County Jail.
Orlando police say, a fight erupted between eight people outside the Taqueria Los Deleites in a strip mall along Curry Ford Road, near Semoran Boulevard. After the dust settled, four persons had been shot and one of the victims was pronounced dead at the Orlando Regional Medical Center.
Police also say, the four suspects took off in a vehicle, even as cops tried to initiate a traffic stop. A police officer who heard the gunfire persued the vehicle. Roberto and Robert Rivera Vazquez, along with Vargas bailed out, leaving the driver, Feliciano, who told investigators that she was forced by the men to drive the vehicle.
According to the arrest report, Feliciano initially denied knowning the men, but later said that she did. She was arrested and charged with fleeing and eluding law enforcement.
Roberto and Robert Rivera Vazquez and Vargas were caught with the help of a K-9 in woods near Lake Underhood Road.
Roberto and Robert have been charged with first degree murder and three counts of attempted murder. Vargas faces charges of resisting an officer without violence and possession of cannabis and drug paraphernalia.
