A convicted Eustis drug dealer was sentenced on Thursday to 75 years in prison by a judge in Lake County.
Joshua M. Bell, 35 years, of Eustis, was booked into the Lake County Jail in February 2010. He was found guilty last month, of distributing kilogram quantities of cocaine not only in Lake County but throughout Central Florida and even as far as New York.
According to Lake County Sheriff’s Office investigators, Bell, along with other co-conspirators, was one of the leaders of a drug trafficking organization and held a managing role. During the trial, a Lake County Jury found Bell guilty of conspiracy to trafficking in over 400 grams of cocaine and several counts of sale of cocaine.
Judge T. Michael Johnson on Thursday, January 13, 2011, sentenced Bell to a total of 75 years in prison.
Judge Johnson remarked to Bell that, he was if not the biggest, one of the biggest cocaine dealers that he had seen in his courtroom.
