On Saturday, April 3, 2010, join Commissioner Tiffany Moore Russell and help turn this Easter holiday into a spectacular egg hunt and festive spring affair. The 1st Annual Spring Fling and Easter Egg Hunt will begin promptly at 10:00 a.m. at Lake Eola for children ages 2 to 12. The purpose for hosting this Spring Fling is to remind our Orange County families that some traditions should never be lost. The event will feature lots of fun games, face painting, bunny photos, sweet treats to eat, and egg-stravagant prizes for the little ones.
This is a time for kids and families to come out and enjoy a fun-filled event. When we think of Easter, we think of baskets filled with candy and trying to find hidden plastic eggs while kids and families celebrate the season together. Commissioner Moore Russell’s administration has placed a lot of effort into investing in kids lives and hosting FREE, FUN-FILLED events where young people have fun and learn valuable lessons.
