Central Florida law enforcement said cocaine, cannabis, other drugs and guns were discovered on a disturbance call with kids present.
Volusia County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a disturbance and a gunshot reported at a residence on El Campo Avenue in Deltona.
After local deputies noticed narcotics in plain view and several unsecured, loaded firearms in the house in reach of young children, detectives wrote a search warrant for the residence and recovered:
592 grams cocaine
- 29 pounds cannabis
- 31 Suboxone
- 2 MDMA
- Paraphernalia (bags, scales, spoons)
- .223 Ghost firearm
- 9mm Springfield pistol
- 9mm FN pistol
- .40 S&W pistol
According to the Volusia Sheriff’s Office, David Lopez of Deltona was arrested for Armed trafficking in cocaine (no bond), Armed trafficking in cannabis, Possession of schedule II, Possession of schedule III with intent to sell, Possession of MDMA, Own/rent a structure for trafficking, and Possession of paraphernalia. Victor Noel Cruz of DeBary was arrested for Resisting without violence and Violation of probation.
