On Sunday, September 11, Mayor Buddy Dyer will join with Orlando City Commissioners, the Orlando Fire Department, the Orlando Police Department and members of the community for a candlelight memorial service at Lake Eola Park to honor the 2,977 victims who lost their lives in the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks.
All are invited to attend this ceremony or take a moment of silence during the day to honor everyone who lost their lives on September 11, 2011.
