The BLUEPRINT Employment Office is a one-stop location designed to help residents overcome barriers to employment.  Since the office opened, more than 1,900 Central Floridians have found work through the BLUEPRINT Employment Office.

With the plan to construct a new performing arts center and events center and renovation to the Citrus Bowl, the City developed the BLUEPRINT initiative to set standards for employment and training opportunities for Parramore residents, the homeless and ex-offenders on the projects. Tradesmen and laborers who worked on the Amway Center will be given the opportunity to be the first workers on the Dr. Phillips Center project.
