A white male who attempted to rob Banco Popular on South Orange Avenue has been arrested.
Michael Daak, 25, entered the bank and demanded money. Daak then fled the bank on a bicycle, but he was pursued by several citizens. An OPD Motor officer eventually located Daak. He was subsequently transported to the Orange County Jail, where he was booked and charged with robbery.
No injuries have been reported.
