Cindy Anthony, Mother of Tot Mom, Casey,was deposed under oath by prosecutors on Tuesday.
Her daughter is charged with first degree murder in the death of Cindy’s granddaughter, Caylee, whose body was found a few blocks from the family home.
Cindy was questioned for several hours on Tuesday, and it is believed that once prosecutors are finished, George Anthony will be up next for questioning and that could take place on Wednesday.
Both Cindy and George Anthony have told various versions of their story to investigators and the media, regarding the disappearance for their granddaughter, and also under oath in the civil suit brought by Zenaida Gonzalez.
According to investigators, many questions remain to be addressed by the Anthonys, who may be able to shed more light as to the circumstances surrounding the death of their granddaughter.
Meanwhile, Casey Anthony’s murder trial is set to begin January 2010.
