Earlier this month, the Center for Independent Living (CIL) – a Winter Park nonprofit that offers support and services to people with disabilities – held its Stroll & Roll fundraising event at Lake Baldwin. CIL’s clients and advocates fundraise to support the nonprofit’s programs – communication/education for the deaf, housing counseling, accessibility, employment services, mental health counseling and aging services.
