A Central Florida man was recently killed while working under an SUV that rolled off the ramps.
According to local law enforcement, a 40-year-old man in Deltona lost his life earlier this month when an SUV he was working under rolled off its ramps and onto him.
Volusia County Sheriff’s deputies responded to the call at a residence on Sanborn Lane around 2:09pm after two people returned to the house and found the subject unresponsive under the vehicle. Deltona Fire Rescue also responded to the scene and pronounced him deceased.
According to the Volusia Sheriff’s Office, no suspicious circumstances or signs of foul play were found in the initial death investigation. The incident appears to be a tragic accident according to local law enforcement.
