A Central Florida fentanyl dealer was arrested in a recent buy-bust operation.
39-year-old fentanyl dealer Paul Carswell was arrested during a buy-bust operation in Ormond Beach by the East Volusia Narcotics Task Force.
Detectives recovered fentanyl, crack cocaine, MDPV, a digital scale and other paraphernalia at the time of Carswell’s arrest.
According to local law enforcement, Carswell was arrested for trafficking fentanyl, sale of fentanyl, sale of cocaine, possession of MDPV with intent to sell, and more. They added that additional charges are possible as investigations continue.
