Despite efforts to block the release of toddler, Caylee Anthony’s autopsy report, Orange County Judge Stan Strickland allowed the results to be made public, Friday.
The autopsy report is consistent with the authorities’ contention that the toddler was killed, but says the method is unclear.
George and Cindy Anthony, at the court hearing Friday, were disappointed with the Judge’s ruling.
An emotional George said to Strickland, ” Please show us some peace and some dignity by keeping this report sealed.”
George continued, “This last year has been an emotional strain for our entire family. The protection of our family’s rights and privacy and emotional well-being, has been tossed aside over and over again.”
Tot Mom, Casey Anthony, daughter of George and Cindy is charged with the toddler’s death.   She has entered a not guilty plead and says that Caylee was kidnapped by a baby sitter.
Prosecutors say they will seek the death penalty if Tot Mom is convicted of first-degree murder.
