An Orange County Deputy on routine patrol noticed a suspicious vehicle that was parked at the Circle K store at 2116 Bonneville Drive.
Two of the vehicle occupants walked inside the store, while the other remained outside and was pumping gas. When the deputy became aware the vehicle was stolen, he immediately called for back-up and secured the subject who was still outside.
Multiple OCSO units arrived and successfully secured the two men inside the store without injury to anyone. A firearm, which had been thrown into a trash can by one of the suspects, was secured by deputies.
A fourth suspect was later arrested as well. The names of the four individuals arrested are as follows:
Eli Lopez; Charge: Trespassing in a Conveyance
Raynaldo Ortiz; Charges: Grand Theft Motor Vehicle, Carrying a Concealed Firearm
Kingston Brazil James; Charge: Trespassing in a Conveyance
