New information coming to light has revealed that, the psychiatrist treating suspected movie-theater shooter James Holmes, contacted a University of Colorado police officer to express her concerns over her patient’s behaviour weeks before the shooting rampage.
According to ABC News, Dr. Lynne Fenton, Holmes’ psychiatrist, not only contacted members of the University Threat Assessment Team with her concerns, but also a police officer who was recently interviewed by the Aurora Police Department.
It is unclear whether or not the police officer acted on the information that Fenton shared with him.
