Orange County Commissioner (District 5) and mayoral candidate Bill Segal, in an exclusive interview recently with West Orlando News said that one of the things he would like to do is, ensure that there are more jobs for the middle-class in Orange County.
“We have the dynamic medical community and ironically, we have a lot of people that are qualified for those high-end jobs. So, we have a large enough work force to fill all of those high-end jobs,” said Commissioner Segal. “One of the things I want to do is, make sure that we have more middle-class jobs coming to Orange County that can be filled in the $12 to $20 per hour range. Those are important jobs too.”
