Bill Clinton Seemingly Blames Kamala Harris for Laken Riley’s Murder by Immigrant

Former President Bill Clinton seemingly blamed Vice President Kamala Harris and President Joe Biden’s administration – all Democrats – for Laken Riley’s murder by an illegal immigrant.

Republicans seized the moment as Donald Trump’s campaign quickly reacted to the comments, saying former Democratic President Bill Clinton correctly blamed Kamala Harris’ failed border policies for the tragic death of Laken Riley during an event in Georgia. Riley was a nursing student who was killed while she was jogging at the University of Georgia in Athens, Georgia by an illegal immigrant.

Bill Clinton Kamala Harris comments“You got a case in Georgia not very long ago didn’t you, they made an ad about it, a young woman who had been killed by an immigrant. Yeah, well if they’d all been properly vetted that probably wouldn’t have happened,” Bill Clinton said.

The Democrat went on to say that if immigrants are properly vetted, America needs immigrants to do work. “If they are properly vetted, and that doesn’t happen, and America is not having enough babies to keep our population up, so we need immigrants that have been vetted to do work, there wouldn’t be a problem.”

The Republican’s campaign noted that Kamala Harris claimed the border was “secure” just days after Laken Riley’s illegal immigrant killer Jose Ibarra crossed into the nation. Trump’s campaign has consistently said that Ibarra was caught at the border and then released into the country by Kamala Harris. The current Vice President denies being the “border czar” and has struggled on the important national issue.

President Trump said he will secure the border and stop catch-and-release, as well as implement a mass deportation program.

Trump was also recently endorsed by the Border Patrol Union.
