An attorney representing a number of fraternities at the University of Central Florida (UCF) is demanding that the school lifts the suspension order which stopped all Greek Life activities last month, the Orlando Sentinel reports.
Last month, all Greek Life activities were halted by UCF officials, with the view to addressing alcohol and hazing issues at the school.
Now, an attorney for the North American Interfraternity Conference, Francis Pierce III, representing a number of fraternities says, the groups didn’t get due process before the suspension was ordered on February 2oth, the Orlando Sentinel also reported.
