Deputies and fire marshals suspect the multiple fires that erupted on south Orange Blossom Trail on Friday night were intentionally set.
Orange County Sheriff’s deputies said, fire engulfed a pick-up truck, a storage unit and old model Winnebago, shortly after 8:00 p.m. at 5400 south Orange Blossom Trail.
An aerial check of the area was undertaken by the Orange County Sheriff’s Office Aviation Unit when a second fiery scene was located at 5300 south Orange Blossom Trail. Fire officials discovered a double wide trailer, an awning with three vehicles and a fourth vehicle on the property fully engulfed in flames.
No one was injured as a result of the several fires, however damage is estimated to run into tens of thousands of dollars.
State fire marshals are leading the investigation. It is unclear at this time, who is responsible for setting the fires.
