Earlier today, an armed man robbed a bank at South John Youn Parkway fleeing on foot, not before making off with an unclosed amount of cash, Orange County Sheriff’s Office deputies said.
According to OCSO:
At 2:11 PM today the OCSO received a telephone call from an employee of the Trustco Bank – 10249 South John Young Parkway – advising that the bank was being robbed by a man armed with a handgun.
Deputies arrived on the scene and confirmed that a black male, approximately 6 feet, thin build, wearing a black skull cap, blue jean jacket, a hat, glasses, blue shirt, tie and dark jeans, also wore a mask
The suspect took money and fled the bank on foot. He remains at large at this time.
There are no reports that anyone was hurt during the robbery.
