An argument at a Central Florida Walmart escalated, leading one man to use a knife to cut another man.
Tampa Police said they arrested one person following an altercation inside the Walmart located at 1505 N. Dale Mabry Highway.
In the middle of the afternoon, at 1:39pm, officers responded to the report of an altercation that occurred inside the store. The preliminary investigation from Tampa Police found there was an argument between a vendor and other individuals.
The argument escalated when one person pulled out a knife and cut another, according to police.
Local law enforcement reported that one adult male was transported to the hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries. Another adult male was arrested.
Tampa Police did not release any other information at the time.
