Deputies have released the identity of the woman who was stabbed in the neck early on Saturday morning.
Amy R. Gray, 45, a white female, was found lying in the road bleeding at 3515 Walker Road in Apopka, just before 3:00 a.m. She had been stabbed in the neck, investigators said.
Gray was taken to Orlando Regional Medical Center, where she remains in critical condition at this time.
Deputies have not said whether or not a suspect is in custody, but the investigation is ongoing.
