Anti-Abortion Groups Plan White House Protest to Defend Unborn

Anti-abortion group Created Equal said it “will bring a powerful message to bear” on Washington, D.C. with a White House protest to defend the unborn. The protest actually began on January 18th with a protest of the Women’s March at the Lincoln Memorial, and continued by displaying signs at the Navy Memorial for the Inauguration, and culminating in the display of a Jumbo-Tron near the U.S. Capitol on January 24th.

Created Equal and a coalition of other anti-abortion groups plan to protest “to demand President Trump fight the extreme abortion agenda.” The protest is set to take place at the White House, 1600 Pennsylvania Ave, Washington, DC. (Lafayette Square) on Friday, January 24th from 10am to noon.

The anti-abortion group said it will be “conducting outreach at the White House to exhort President Trump to defend unborn children.”

“Since the overturning of Roe v. Wade, pro-lifers have been on defense in states across the nation,” said Mark Harrington, President of Created Equal. “But with the election of Donald Trump, the time to go on the offense is now! We will take the message that abortion is an act of violence that kills a baby directly to voters and our elected officials. The fact is, America will not end abortion until America sees abortion.”

Created Equal states it is a national anti-abortion organization that focuses on training individuals and groups to be defenders of preborn humans by using a traveling photo exhibit that demonstrates to as many people as possible that abortion is an act of violence that kills a baby.
