The victim was walking on the eastside of International Dr. @ Via Mercado. He was approached by a B/M, 6’4″. 150-200 lbs. wearing a black basketball shirt, blue jeans shorts,and a black hat or cap. The suspect stuck an unknown object in the victim’s ribs and demanded his money. The victim flagged down TOPS deputies who wore working the area. TOPS deputies aggressively patrolled the area, but were unable to locate the suspect.
