Deputies are searching for a man who flashed three girls as they walked to school in the Poinciana area on Wednesday. This incident follows another flasher who one week ago, exposed himself and grabbed a 17-year-old as she walked to her bus stop on Columbia Avenue.
Yesterday, a 12-year-old girl told investigators, around 8:00 a.m., she observed an older model, faded forest green, 4-door vehicle with tinted windows driving nearby. As she met up with two friends on York Court and continued walking to school. The girl also told deputies the same vehicle came to a complete stop, and the driver rolled down the windows and stated, “girls look.” That’s when the man exposed himself and inappropriately began touching himself.
The girls ran to school and reported the incident, Osceola County deputies said.
Detectives are looking for a Hispanic male in his late 20s with short, black hair and dark brown eyes and a short beard. He was wearing a blue t-shirt, blue jeans and reflective sunglasses on his head.
One week ago, in a separate incident, another man exposed himself to a 17-year-old female victim as she walked to her bus stop near 2809 West Vine Street in Kissimmee. The man grabbed her and touched her inappropriately as she approached her bus stop on Columbia Avenue, then fled on foot.
Deputies do not believe that the two incidents are related, but both suspects are described as Hispanic men.
Anyone with information on yesterday’s incident or who might know the identity of this man is asked to call the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office at # 407-348-2222 or Crimeline at # 1-800-423-TIPS.
