Commissioner Tiffany Moore Russell presents the 2nd Annual Summer Safety Community Event on Saturday, April 25th, 2009, from 10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. at Barnett Park located at 4801 W. Colonial Drive, Orlando, Florida. This event is being held to prepare students and families alike for a SAFE, POSITIVE, and PRODUCTIVE summer. Several community partners will be on site to provide employment opportunities, resource materials, FREE GIFTS, FREE FOOD, and FREE FUN.
Event partners include Pine Hills Safe Neighborhood Partnership, Orange County Neighborhood Services Division; Orange County Parks and Recreation Department; Orange County Fire and Rescue; Orange County Community Action; and Orange County Sheriff Department.
