An altercation between two men earlier this afternoon, leads to one shot and in critical condition.

Just after 4:30 pm on December 21, patrol deputies from the Orange County Sheriff’s Office responded to a call of shots fired at 3824 Dorwood Drive. The caller advised that her neighbor had been shot.
The preliminary investigation suggests that the two men were involved in a verbal altercation that escalated with one of the men shooting the other. The victim was taken to Orlando Regional Medical Center by Fire/Rescue and is in critical condition.
The suspect has been secured. Orange County Sheriff deputies are continuing with the investigation.
