African American Chamber Announces Eagle Awards Finalists

The African American Chamber of Commerce of Central Florida announced 12 top finalists and honorees for their 2022 Eagle Awards presented by Walt Disney World Resort. Finalists were revealed during a live presentation at the Magic vs. Pacers game during halftime. The Eagle Awards celebrates small businesses and community leaders committed to fostering economic success for black-owned businesses. The finalists received special greetings from NBA guard RJ Hampton before the game who congratulated the business owners on their success.



“It is truly an honor to recognize the contributions that all of our finalists and honorees have made to the Central Florida business community,” said Tanisha Nunn Gary, President of the AACCCF. “We have an exciting celebration in store as we celebrate Central Florida’s best in business excellence, live entertainment with hundreds of Orlando leaders and business owners.”

The finalists and honorees were selected by the Eagle Awards Planning Committee after reviewing a number of submissions. The business category winners will be announced at the 2022 Eagle Awards Gala on Saturday, April 2, 2022 at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort.
